These terms apply when you use traviacafe.com and enrol in Travia Cafe courses and classes. By creating an account or enrolling, you agree to them.

Your account

• Give us accurate details, including an email address you can receive mail at. Codes, class links and receipts are sent there.
• Your account is for you alone. It can be signed in on a limited number of devices at once, and signing in on another device signs out the oldest one. Do not share your password, codes or class links.
• We may suspend an account that is shared, used to copy course material, or used to break these terms.

Enrolment and payment

• Prices are shown in Kenya shillings for each module and way of learning. Your registration keeps the price you were quoted, even if prices change later.
• You pay with M-PESA, either through the payment prompt on your phone or from the M-PESA menu using the details on your dashboard. Only pay to the number shown on this website.
• Access starts once your payment has been confirmed. If we cannot confirm a payment, we will tell you why.
• For any question about a payment, including refunds, contact us using the details below.

Courses and classes

• Self-paced videos are for your personal learning. Do not download, record, copy or share them.
• Live online classes are joined through a link we send to paid students. In-person classes use the one-time code from your confirmation email as your ticket, and each code can be used once.
• We may need to change a class date, time or venue. If that happens we will email you and help you move to another class.

Using what you learn responsibly

Our courses teach security skills for defending systems. Use them only on systems you own or have clear written permission to test. Never use them to access, disrupt or damage anyone else's systems or data. Doing so may be a crime under Kenya's Computer Misuse and Cybercrimes Act, 2018, and we will close the account of anyone who misuses our training.

Our responsibility

We work to keep the website and courses available and accurate, but we cannot promise they will always be uninterrupted or error-free. Our courses are for education and do not guarantee a job, certification or particular result.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms, we will update this page and the date at the top. Continuing to use the website after a change means you accept the updated terms.
